BILLING
The following are our terms and conditions of service concerning billing. Please read them thoroughly.
Payments
A payment equal to half of the quoted job price is required to start the project. This half covers the cost involved in the web design process. The balance is required upon completion of the web design to initiate the web development or web site build. In the case of a web site, it will not be published until the payment is received in full, unless other arrangements have been made with the DMI Graphics billing department.
All payments MUST be received in our office no later than the due date agreed upon which you will find on your billing invoice.*

Late Payment Penalty
*Note, any payment not received in our office by the due date agreed upon will result in late charges of $29.00 or 1.5% per day interest, whichever is greater, on the remainder of the balance. In the case of non-payment or consistent late payments, your website will be shut down until amount due; including late charges have been paid.
Checks and Credit Card Payments
Make checks payable to our company treasurer "DMI Web Services". Payments through PayPal and Credit Card Payments may be processed by DMI Web Services or sinAsylum, it's parent company. When calling to make credit card payment, have card & billing info ready.

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
All works done by DMI Graphics remains the property of DMI Graphics until balance is paid in full. Just like software, you are paying for the right to use the work we have created for you unless other arrangements have been made in writing. This means you do not have the legal right to remove our copyright notice, codes or the logo or text with a link to the DMI Graphics web site. On the flip side of this, we do not have the right to alter your site in any way after you have paid your balance in full without your authorization. If you choose to ignore this agreement, all legal avenues will be pursued to see that justice is served.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices on this site are subject to change and services and packages offered are subject to availability.
We take our business agreements seriously. We stick to our end of the deal, please do your part. Thank you.
Changes posted to this page will go into effect immediately.
