PRICING GUIDE
This guide will help you understand how our quoting, billing and payment process works. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
Hourly Rates For Services (unless otherwise posted on this site)
Current hourly rate: $80.00 USD
A minimum of one(1) hour will be billed for each service. Unused time may not be credited for any other projects and does have a cash or refund value. This only applies directly to DMI Graphics services. Other services we may offer in conjunction to other companies, websites, or service providers are subject to additional terms and pricing. Please check those sites for additional pricing and service information.
Quotes
Jobs are quoted on a case-by-case basis. This is because everyone has different needs and requests vary depending on the client. Because of this we take into account each request and then provide a custom quote. Each individual quote is only applicable to one specific project and is good for thirty(30) days from the date the quote is given. We feel that this time frame is a reasonable time to honor a given price quote. If a quote expires, we will be happy to reassess your needs at a time when you are ready.
How to Prepare Ahead
Before you call for the actual consultation, please have your credit card number and billing information ready to make a payment over the phone. Please also have an outline of questions you may wish to ask. It is also wise to have an idea of what you would like your conversation to cover in terms of services you would like to have done. To save yourself time and money, it is always smart to consult our FAQs page which contains commonly asked questions about our business and services.

How A Quote May Change In the Future
A quote may not always be the same depending on a variety of circumstances. A couple of examples would be that our costs may rise or pricing may change as the economy fluctuates. Another reason for is that when our clients put their deposit down for their work, they go into a queue. This means they are put in line and our schedules are ordered accordingly. Thus a first come, first serve. However if an emergency arises and we can handle a job for a client during after-hours, there may be additional fees due to the special circumstances. In this case, a quoted price would not apply exactly, but would be adjusted based on the related service fees. Please note that this does not create a lack of attention to our other clients whom we are already working on projects for. It just means we can handle extra workloads at times where it can be made possible. We do not guarantee the availability of our staff for emergency services at all times. We will try to accommodate whenever possible.
Minimum Charge
Consultations are subject to the minimum of one(1) hour charge. Email consultations are not allowed unless they have been cleared ahead of time by our staff.
Emergency Service, Weekends, After-hours Calls
Please note that after-hours/weekend emergency calls are subject to double-time charges. This means that you may be charged double the hourly rate per hour, with the regular minimum of one(1) hour applying.
Free Initial Consultation
Because we extend this offer to new clients, if a consultation does not begin within the first fifteen(15) minutes of scheduled time, DMI reserves the right to move on to next appointment and will gladly reset the date at the most convenient time for both parties (subject to denial of service if abused). In the case of a consultation beginning late due to the client, the initial start time will apply towards used time and after the first half hour the client will assume all risks and responsibilities for charges incurred. In the event that a meeting is delayed for reasons liable by DMI staff, we will make every effort to contact the client of our delay or reschedule the appointment with no loss of credit or charge. Otherwise we do not guarantee any refunds, credits or other agreement to compensate client for loss of time. This does not include sharing information about how to create a website, develop or manage code or any other form of advice. This courtesy consultation period is only good for clients who wish to discuss a possible project. Not the details of how to do it themselves.
Credits
Charges for some consultations are eligible for a credit towards a related project; at the request of the client. Credits are subject to an approval process and will never have a redeemable cash value. Not even if a project is cancelled. Not all requests for credits will be approved and are subject to the discretion of DMI Graphics. These credits cannot be applied to future consultations. This includes consultations regarding related work.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are not included in hourly wages or in a final quoted price. Sales tax is based off the local sales taxes where our billing
offices reside. Please consult our sales office if you have questions about this.
